memberships

Please allow 24 hours to process your membership. Your welcome packet will be sent to the email address registered in your PayPal account. We cannot send welcome packets to an alternate email address. 

Members must be 12 years old. Members younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult member. Individual memberships cannot be issued for persons younger than 18.

By purchasing a membership below, you are accepting our liability waiver linked above and agree to send a list of all family members, if applicable, to info@cannonbeachfitness.com.

During initial sign up you will be redirected to PayPal. You will need to sign up to PayPal or use an existing PayPal account. Your initial charge will be the enrollment fee and your first month's membership fee. The monthly fee will be recurring every month until you change your form of payment or cancel your membership. 

The membership agreement is on a month-to-month basis and will continue unless cancelled with 30 days advanced notice. We do not offer refunds for payments within that 30 day window. 

You can also cancel your membership yourself in PayPal with no notice and this automatically cancels any upcoming payments.

We do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds.
